Welcome to Rewind Pinball. By accessing and using our website, products, and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases, deliveries, and interactions with Rewind Pinball. By purchasing from Rewind Pinball, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Sales & Payment

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted. Full payment must be received before delivery or shipment of any pinball machine or product. We accept credit cards on the online platform, with a 3% transaction fee. For ACH payment, please email info@rewindpinball.com.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Bay Area delivery (within 100 miles of Rewind Pinball) is included. For deliveries beyond 100 miles, customers must request a shipping estimate by emailing info@rewindpinball.com.

Customers must inspect their pinball machine upon delivery. If there is visible damage, do not sign the shipping acceptance document and notify Rewind Pinball immediately. Once a customer signs the acceptance document, the machine is considered delivered in good condition, and Rewind Pinball is not responsible for shipping-related damages.

4. Warranty & Support

All new Stern Pinball machines come with a 1-year warranty provided by Stern Pinball. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and operational issues under normal use. See here for Stern Pinball Limited Warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rewind Pinball is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased product. Customers assume all risks associated with transporting, setting up, and using their pinball machines.
